Guarantees and Returns at Selegna Juguetes

At Selegna Juguetes, all our products are protected by a warranty that covers breakages or damage caused during transport, as well as obvious manufacturing defects. In addition, each item comes with the official warranty provided by its manufacturer and the protection established by current consumer legislation.

Our online store takes special care to offer models backed by recognized manufacturers and a high level of quality. We pay maximum attention to packaging so that every shipment arrives in perfect condition, minimizing any risk during transport.

Reporting Incidents

If you detect any damage or defect in your order, you must notify Selegna Juguetes within 24 hours of receiving the package. This allows us to manage the issue quickly and efficiently.

Warranty Options

The warranty can be applied through:

  • Full refund of the amount paid.
  • Replacement of the model, provided that units are available and the type of defect allows it.

In case of a return, the item must be sent back complete, exactly as it was originally delivered, including box, display case, bases, model, and any accessories. Returns that are incomplete or with damaged packaging will not be accepted.

Warranty Limitations

It is not always possible to guarantee the replacement of a model with another identical or similar one, as this depends on availability at the time. However, Selegna Juguetes always guarantees the refund of the corresponding amount, in full compliance with consumer protection regulations.

Product Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 calendar days from the delivery date to return the product.

Before making the return, you must contact our sales department (by email or phone) within the indicated period to receive instructions. Any return without prior communication will not be accepted.

  • Return costs: shipping and collection costs are the responsibility of the customer. A minimum of €10 per order applies, increased by €2 per kilo from 2 kg onwards. This amount will be deducted from the refund.
  • International orders: specific return costs and procedures will be communicated.
  • Product condition: the item and its packaging must be in perfect condition, without scratches or damage, and must include all documentation and accessories.
  • Proper packaging: the customer must ensure correct packaging to avoid damage during transport, attaching the address provided by Selegna Juguetes.

Once received and verified by our staff that the product is in the same condition as when it was shipped, the refund will be processed according to the agreement previously made with the customer.
