The fascicle dedicated to the revolera in the Lances y Figuras del Toreo collection explores this distinctive cape maneuver in bullfighting. The revolera is defined as a low, natural sweeping pass in which the bullfighter performs a full 360-degree turn while the cape wraps around his body, guiding the bull’s charge in a circular motion.

This move begins similarly to a verónica, with the bullfighter releasing the cape with one hand and smoothly leading the bull’s movement. At the peak of the pass, the bullfighter switches the cape behind his back to the opposite hand, completing the turn and creating a visually striking, decorative effect.
